Hello Dr Lin i am in desperate need for your help. About 5 months ago i used proppecia (finasteride) and saw palmetto to try to slow down my hairloss. It did wonders for my hairloss but unfortunately "it" is not working anymore! It has recovered to some extent, but i am unable to get morning or spontaneous erections like i did b4. Also if i tried to masturbate now it would be more of a chore to keep it up and i rather lose it pretty quickly. I have also been feeling pains in my penis (when erect and sometimes flacid/on and off sharp stabbing pains) and groin/testicular area. Has hormone imbalance caused some sort or physical damage?
