Hi there, i contacted you a week ago but unfortunately have not got a response. I have masterbated since the early age of six and am now 20. Although I have been cutting down my masterbating habbit, I have recently made a decision to keep it as low as once a week and only if necessery. I have always found it very hard to urinate and when I went to the doctors a year ago about my erectyle dysfunction a uroligist pointed out that my flow was bad and that my bladder did not fully empty. Unfortunately the specialist I went to see about my pennis chose to ignore this. (Both the pain in my urithra and my bladder problem suggest that my prostate is inflamed and is preventing a sufficient urination flow).

I have also been suffering from lower back pain and tense mussles in my pelvic region and also further up my back and in my neck. A chiropracticioner has pointed this out to me recently however I have been aware of the pains for sometime.

I have been suffering from insomnia since early teenagehood, although I have learnt to deal with it, I still find it hard to get to sleep, especially if I am stressed.

I find myself lacking in confidence, especially with women, my friends find this strange as I am a good looking young man. I believe this is because I am aware of my inadequacies.

I feel I am guite anxious at times and can be quite depressed. I believe my depression is due to my problems. I do not let people see me depressed and do not wish to take any anti depressents. I feel that sorting my problems out would be enough to make me feel good about myself.

Over the past 5 years I have found it dificult to get a fully erect pennis.
