Hi there,
I am having some problems, I get painful erections
and after ejaculation it hurts so bad. I think the
problem is I have had to much sex. Does this mean I am
losing my ability to get erections? Do I have nerve

Dr. Lin: 7/05/2004>No a big deal! It is just your penile tissue producing too little prostaglandin E-1 for the local nerves and arteries to expand during erection or orgasm. Chronic over-ejaculation causes an excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion
and an excessive release of prolactin during sexual arousal and orgasm and in the post-orgasm state, leading to a
severe depletion of neurochemicals for acetylcholine and serotonin in the brain/nervous system and cerebrospinal fluids and thus, a blockage of prostaglandin E-1 synthesis, but an over-production of prostaglandin E-2, from Omega 6.
You should experience muscle stiffness and pains or cramps in the post-ejaculation state for many hours or couple days.
