Hi. My name is John and I am 21 years old. I used to have healthy erections and was very healthy until.....I smoked pot from when I was 17 to 20. I smoked everyday for a year and a half until i was 21. During that period I also smoked cigarettes. I have been clean for 2 months now. I have not seen that much of a difference in my erections. When I was 18 I performed the jelqing technique for 2 weeks until I noticed it was doing more bad than good. It seems like it caused damage to my penis and it changed the shape. I also have varicose veins near the top of my penis and blood does not flow to the head of my penis. I also did kegel ecercises for about a month, which also caused damge. My erections are weak. My penis does not trap blood. My erections are not strong enough for vaginal penetration. After I ejaculate it takes a long while to get it up again. I can't last very long either. I saw my family doctor and he told to eat healthier and exercise, I have been and I still havent seen much of a difference. He wasnt familiar with jelqing, so he wasnt aware of the damage it could do. He told me not to worry, but I know something obviously isnt right. Your help will be greatly appreciated Dr. Lin.
