hello dr lin i am a 22 year old male and started masturbating at about 16. I didnt think nothing of it till recently my girlfreiend went on a trip so i was masturbating almost everynight sometines twice and i would stop myself from having an orgasm about 2-3 times before i would release after about 2 weeks of and at the same time i was stretching my penis and doing pc muscle exercises.then after a couple of weeks i started noticing that my penis just hangs there as if there is no feeling and there are bulges at both sides of the base of my penis and my sacand penis hangs alot lower than it used to and there are pains in my left testicle and it would get worse when i smoked marijuana.i stopped smokinhg but the pains remain what can i do to fix this or can i do anything please help because this makes me not want to go anywhere or see anyonebecause i feel like less of a man and im afraid to tell my girlfriend
