The effect of semen on female sexual orgasm and the female post-orgasm sexual exhaustion. Why

I'm 19 years old and my lovelife is going good, I've noticed that after making love I am naturally very tired. But lately I've noticed even if I make no effort at all during sex , and don't orgasm , and even if he ejaculates early , I get very tired when his sperm enters me. Can you tell me if his sperm is having some sort of natural chemical reaction with my body ? or is this abnormal?
We've experimented with it , and have noticed it always happens when his sperm enter me, even if I dont do any sort of work.
It would be great if you could help me with this , thank you .

My partner and I took your advise and tried the Finger Pliers method, and I reached orgasm, However I still did not become tired.

It seems to be only when his sperm come into contact with my vagina , do I become very tired, I am worried that I could be allergic to his sperm ? or is there something that I could be doing wrong that would cause such a reaction?
