I have the same problem symptons as mentioned by other visitors. My left testicle hurts sharply when I ejaculate, as does my lower left pelvic area. After ejaculation, my pelvic area continues to hurt for a few hours, however, much less. During ejaculation, the pain is intense and there is little to no force of the semen once ejaculated.

My masterbation frequency is a little more than once a day; sometimes being twice a day a couple times a week. I am 28 years old and have had the same consistency for probably 10 years.

I read about the PGE-1 hormone that you discussed.

As I have JUST started to feel this pain; just for a couple of days, won't my body automatically replace the hormone? When I first got the pain 4 days ago, I stopped masterbating for a couple of days and the next ejaculation proved less painfull, and had more force; although reduced.

Won't this go away naturally?
