Case Title: Why his glans penis fails to expand during an erection?
Reader : 8/08/2004>dr lin, the head of my penis don't fill with blood, my penis gets erected but the head doesn't change and i know that it can because it has before but now it don't. why is this? is there anything that i can do to help it fill?

embedded in the center.
If your glans penis fails to expand during an erection, your corpus spongisosum experiences erectile
dysfunctional.
The glans nerves and arteries runs into the pelvis along the urethra.
A powerful erection of the corpus spongisosum with a lot of prostaglandin E-1 synthesis in the erectile tissue can prolong an erection without ejaculation.
I believe that the abrasion of the urethral ejaculation duct or/and a parasymapthetic erectile nervous disorder are likely to cause the erectile problem in the corpus spongisosum.
