After reading some of the cases, I have been able to identify the possible causes of erectile dysfunction. a 6-year cigarette smoker, very occasional smoke pot, have been taking 5grams of creatine/day off an on for a few years, have approx. 10 drinks during the weekend, ephedra and caffeine supplements;
I've quit everything as of yesterday; except the cigarettes, I am working on that, I get stressed out easily and smoking has been my relief.
Jelging exercise probably did some damage as well, althought that was about 1 year ago(did it for a couple months.) I feel like I have a low sex drive; I desire sex, but don't get aroused as often as I probably should. I haven't had many partners, plus my erectile problem causes me to get nervous around women, when sex may be a possibility. I rarely get spontaneous erections.
