Why he experiences seminal production disorder for no more sexual orgasm !

I have been involved in a serious relationship with a man I have known for many years. We get along great support each other emotionally/physically & have a wonderfull sex life. However, since we began having sexual relationships with each other over 4 months ago I have not been able to make him ejaculate. He told me that the previouse relationship he was in for 6 months with another female he nevere jaculated with her either when they had sexual intercourse or oral sex. However, he did explain that he is able to make himself ejaculate when he masturbates. (He also stated that for about 1 1/2yrs now he has and is still masturbating on a daily basis. I believe that masturbationg is a natural thing and that ever individual has their own beliefs & opinion concerning it. I respect his privacy and understand that masturbating seems to part of his everyday life for some time now. However, I am beginning to feel as if I am not capable of bringing him to an org!
asm nor is ever able to ejaculate whether I am giving him oral sex, hand stimulation, anal sex or normal intercourse. He says that I should not worry about anything yet after each sexualencounter we have it ends without him having an orgasm or ejaculation. He than goes home and masturbates himself to an orgasm & ejacultion. Do you have any ideas or suggestions on why this might be happening and what I can do to help resolve our problem? I am beginning to become frustrated and a little angry concenring the matter because no matter what I do or how hard I try he is the one who is satisfying his sexual needs and desires not me.

His brain has shut down his seminal production in the seminal vesicles and prostate in order to preserve his cerebrospinal fluid and to protect his brain/nervous and life-support organ (via vagus nerves) function.
