I am a 27 year old male, I came across your website whilst looking for the possible causes of my current pain, which has similar symptoms to chronic non-bacterial prostatitis. After looking at your site I am convinced that over masturbation is probably the cause of my current problem, as medical tests show no STD, UTI or prostate enlargement. I have masturbated a lot at various times in my life but over the last 2-3 months have masturbated excessively generally around 2 to 4 times a day.

Addition symptoms are lower back pain, pain around where I imagine the prostate to be located (although physical exam of it is fine) and pain around frontal area including penis and surrounding area. Although urination has been mildly painful at times there does not appear to be any reduction in flow or pressure or trouble empting bladder, although I get a feeling of needing to go slightly more often. Likewise there does not appear to be any reduction in ejaculation speed/pressure or erection, but it has been mildly painful at times and triggers the various pains reasonably soon after.

So hopefully with those fact I don’t have any significant scaring or obstruction of the various pipes and can hopefully get everything back to normal
