Dr. Lin,
I am a 31-year-old male who has been a chronic masturbator since age 13. I masturbate 2-3 times a day and sometimes I engage in very long masturbation sessions. I've experienced some of the over-masturbation symptoms mentioned in your website, but since last night, I have ALSO been experiencing an uncomfortable burning pain in my penis when I try to urinate. Could this little bit of blood actually be in my urine, and maybe a little bit leaked out with a few drops of urine and settled into the fabric of my underwear after i urinated? I've never found!
