Hello Dr. Lin. While taking your products these past few weeks I decided to do some research on neurotransmitters and amino acids, etc. I understand how chronic stress and to much sex/orgasm can deplete dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine but how does it deplete the inhibitory (calming) neurotransmitters seratonin and GABA? And which ones become depleted first?

If you have sufficient serotonin and GABA, serotonin was turned to melatonin and GABA was to GHB, leading to a a
drowsiness and sleepness after orgasm.
If not, your norepinephrine-epinephrine and prolactin becomes too high for troubles - psychological and physiological disorders.

Yes yes...when i was young i used to have powerful whole body orgasms and than felt very relaxed. Now orgasm has little feeling and no relaxation afterward. So this means my serotonin and GABA are probably very low. Also, a few years ago my doctor had me try gabapentin (neurontin) which raises GABA levels in brain and body and it helped me sleep and took away some of the pain in penis i was starting to get. You should write a book about the physiology of neurotransmitter "exhaustion".
