Case Title: Penile damage by cockring for no more sexual orgasm

I am a 56 YO male diabetic. While experiencing serious problems having erection
I used one of those plastic ring type cock rings with a "quick release button" these type rings are a joke. Not being educated on the use of the cockring and their use I overtightened (I was inebriated) the ring. When it came time for
ejaculation the the quick release mechanism broke off leaving me choked so badly
I did serious damage to my penis. I can get a spongy erection, however when I
do I have a much smaller girth at the base of my penis where the the cockring was placed. I also have hard veins or knots in my penis extending from the base. I have not seen a urologist but I would like your opinion as to whether or not I can reverse or improve my situation to any degree. I would advise anyone who is thinking of using a cockring to find alternative methods of curing
thier problem.
