Penile Jelqing or milking machine causes his penile damaged for no more sexual orgasm, but pain!

I had purchased a jelqing device recently. I had started doing the jelqing or milking exercises with this device for about two weeks. Now the veins or arteries just before the penis head or glans has become hard and swollen like varicose veins and it does not seem to be going away. It is also quite painful, I have been running hot water during my shower everyday and it does not seem to go away. Please help me on what should I do

Dr. Lin I am a 54 year old man. I have a six inch penis. For the past 2 years I had been taking more than 10 different kinds of herbal remedies for lengthening my penis. I did not see much improvement, so lately I had purchased a jelqing device over the internet to do jelqing and stretching exercises for a longer penis. I always wanted to have a thicker and longer penis. The penile tissue, nerve and blood vessel are so special that they can be elongated from 2-3 inches to 5-8 inches as erection occurs. The hormone supporting this unusual elongation is prostaglandin E-1 produced y the local tissue. With a lack of prostaglandin E-1, the penile tissue, nerve and blood vessel are not stretchable. When you tore down the non-stretchable penile tissue, nerve and blood vessel, collagen would be released to reconnect the damaged tissue as a non-elastic scar tissue.
Once this "healing" process was done, it is very difficult to reverse it, particularly, for the thin blood vessel and tiny nervous fiber which healing has to rely on prostaglandin E-1 released from the adjacent, damaged, tissue.
If the damaged tissue can not produce sufficient prostaglandin E-1 for self healing of reversing the collagen scar back to the elastic spongy tissue, there is no chance to heal the damaged blood vessel and its valves.
That is, to "curse" the swollen and hard veins, the damaged penile tissue must be repaired first.
In this regard, I doubt you can get the swollen and hard veins fixed in a short time (in couple years!) by the self healing process.
