I'm 48 diabetic and CHF and Sleep Apena I'm 270 on a 5'9" frame
was real athelitic untill i married 20 years ago

I had a penile implant installed 09/03
I have researched my butt off since then,while it restores my sex life .
I have questions that my uro either evades or does not know

I was a little above average in lenght if avg is 5.5 before surgery.
Now i'm at 5"
Would like to get back a little but my main concern is the head gland.
It would harden yo 6.5 around and is suppose to be on a seperate blood line from what the implant took up URO said so
Now he says sometimes they don't harden back up, Gee Thanks
And several message boards I've researched say the same thing

I'm turning to you B/C I've lost faith in URO {money Hungery}

Is there anything in your research and or experience that will harden the head
Is it mental,Physical,
Would a pump work and not dammage implant ?
