Hi Dr. Lin,
My problem is I can't keep an erection and I prematurely ejactulate sometimes. Also I notice when me and my girlfriend do foreplay I get a lot of precum. I noticed when I am lying down my erections last longer but not too much longer and most of the time they aren't full rock hard erections. I have used a penis pump a couple of times during the last couple of years only for about 2 or 3 months at a time. I don't see any scaring or nothing weird like that on my penis but I don't think its normal to lose a erection constantly within like 10 15 seconds. The only way I can stay hard is though constant physical stimulating my penis and even then sometimes it doesn't get rock hard.
