Case Title: Over-masturbating 2 times a day results in pains in his rectum/anal area, lower back,

The last year I have probably over-masturbated. 2 times a day sometimes more. The pain is a tingling pain in the rectum/anal area, lower back pain, pain when urinating. There is also a sharp pain when i ejaculate in the penis area. I have stopped masturbating for the last to months but the pain is continuisly when walking or standing.
