Penile pumping and ringing damage for no sexual orgasm

Four months ago, in order to achieve a most vigorous errection, I began using a vacuum pump, sometimes also with a rubber ring at the base of my penis. I kept it inserted longer and at a higher vacuum than I should of, sometimes as long as 20 minutes. Sometimes, I even used the pump tube to masturbate while under a vacuum. I take medication for high blood pressure and heart PVCs- Coozaar and Tooprol. Recently I have noticed it is extremely difficult to gain even a partial errection. I see no physical damage, but I have a very dull pain in my groin. Penile pumping causes over-expansion of the penile erectile tissue, arteries and nerve which lack of the elasticity hormone prostaglandin E-1 to support the mechanical stretching and expanding.
Penile pumping also draws about 500 cc blood from your groin area, testicles, prostate and perineum, resulting in blood deficiency in the local tissue which is supposed to produce prostaglandin E-1 from fresh blood with a lot of oxygen, neuro-nutrients and androgen hormones. The deficiency of prostaglandin E-1 will cause pulling pain in the tissue.
