Hi Dr.Lin,
I am a 27 years old man.
since my CHILDHOOD I havent been fully happy. Since I was 12 I started MASTURBATING very heavily, more than once a day. Didnt make me any happier but in the beginings used to relief some anxiety and fill my fantasies about a better sexual future with a woman.
When 18 I started smoking MARIJUANA occasionally. My anxiety was increasing aswell.
When I was 19 I met a girl who would become my GIRLFRIEND for over 4 years.
During this relationship I didnt slow down with my masturbation, I raised a lot my use of marijuana (maybe 4 joints, everyday) and started smoking CIGARETTES also.
Since 22 I started noticing HAIR LOSS. My relation with my girlfriend started to deteriorate very quick until it broke, even if I still loved her my mind was a total mess.
About 1 year after breaking up with her, I identified MARIJUANA as a major factor in my problems, so I gave it up completely.
Later I also identified CIGARETTES as a factor, so I gave them up, I have been off now for about one year and a half.
Then I also identified MASTURBATION as another factor and during the last 9 months I have controlled it in some way or the other. First 3 months no masturbation at all, then masturbation once a week. I think in some way I am detoxifying my body from it, and I start seeing improvements in my anxiety levels.
I have done all this whitout knowing about your science or any other similar one, just by thinking what was I doing wrong. Even more, I went to a PSICHOANALIST for 2 years and he never mentioned anything to me about that the origin of my problems could be in these things.
So I'm very pleased now to find that I'm in the right track. As my case appears to be very common from what I read in your website, you may be able to give me some ADVICE.
Are your MEDICINES chemical products or herbs,...? I'm a doctor myself so I beware very much on what do you put into your body (you know about western medicine abuse of drugs).

The brain also have the receptors for them! They are not only additive, but also destructive.
Obviously, you consider they contains no chemicals since they are natural herbs.

You are not exceptional.
