I have been having a problem for about 6 yrs. On my 22nd birthday I woke up from a night of partying and smoking Marijuana. I noticed all this weird symptoms. My left side of my body was completely numb, my eyesight really demished, I got this static like, vibrating visual glow in my field of vision.
