into collagen scars. The vaginal nervous endings are
also damaged by excessive sex.
The hormones in the birth control can make the vaginal muscle out of tune and block the prostaglandin E-1 synthesis essential for the erection of the clitoral and vaginal/urethral spongy tissues. The clitoral erection is a measurement of the prostaglandin E-1 synthesis in the spongy tissue.
