Birth control pills causes her vaginal dryness for vaginal abrasion but no sexual orgasm

I have been on birth control since i was 16 years old. I have been on Yesmin for the last 2 years and have recently experienced extreme dryness during intercourse and break thru bleeding up to 2 days after my period ends.
