Hi, I have problem with over excessive masturbating , I started when i was 9 or 10, I am now 23 years old and I am still doing it daily. sometimes I do it 2 to 3 times a day which I am sure it 's not normal, and it makes me weak, i have headaches, pains in lower back , in the chest , in my legs, my hands, the headache is usually in lower rear of my head, sometimes it is very hard for me to breath, shortness of breath, and i can't sleep at nights sometimes, and when i chech my pulses or heart beat , it is very fast or very slow, and i feel i have vascular problems because my eyes goes black and i cant breath just for a second. first i thougth it's a heart problem but i went to the hospital and did a cardiograph and i was O.K ,they told me i have no vascular disease.
