Cause and Solution for Chronic prostatitis - restoration of sexual orgasm

Desperately need help. Diagnosed with chronic prostatitis in 1998. I have only 3 symptoms which came on suddenly - burning at tip of penis inside, zero libido, weak erection if at all. Prescribed numerous antibiotics over next couple years. No help. Went to Prostatitis foundation in AZ Jan. 2002 where treatment is prostate massage and numerous antibiotic cocktails to target cultured expressed bacteria obtained from massage. Tests did not show conclusive bacteria evident. Did daily prostate massage and on antibiotics over next year and half. No help. Also tried numerous herbal remedies including saw palmeadoooow, kai kiiiit wan, prostaaaa-q, quercitan, zinc, broccoli juice. No help. Tried viaggggra, ciallllllllis, levvvvvitra - no help. Been seeing acupuncturist since Nov 2003 2 x/week and also Chinese medicine specialist who prescribes specific fresh herbs to make tea with. Have tried numerous tea variations and varied acupuncture needle locations. Little to no help. Found out my sister has gluten allergy so have been trying gluten free diet myself. Only time I had any relief in 7 years was summer 2004 for 4 weeks when on gluten free diet, taking herbs and acupuncture directed at treating me constitutionally. After 4 weeks, relief ended, symptoms back in full force. Continued gluten free diet - no help.
Burning is made worse by alcohol, caffeine. Although my libido is virtually non-existent, when does kick in I am able to get erection but not as firm as used to be, and doesnt maintain. Also rarely ever get nighttime/morning erection.
