Hi Dr Lin,

I am in serious need of your help!!! I will try and summarise my problems for you as best I can. I am suffering from a variety of problems, mainly sexual:

1. very low libido.
2. loss of morning erections.
3. no more sexual orgasm!
4. weak erections
5. inability to maintain erections
6. difficulty in getting to sleep (without maijuana).
7. noticably enalrged breasts
8. low confidence/self esteem
9. inability to hold urine - whenever i need to urinate it is with urgency!
10. very small penis - only 4.5 inches.

History of factors I feel have contributed to the above:

1. Used propecia (finasteride) for hair loss for about 2 years... it is this I feel that first caused me problems... (loss of morning erections etc).
2. Frequent use of Marijuana - have used it for the last 10 years! It actually helped me achieve and maintain erections and also made my orgasm more powerful.. it really helped me whilst i was using propecia to help me out.
3. I have experimented with penis pumps... but only for a short time.
4. I have used minoxidil (for hair loss) for the past 10 years or so.

After reading various articles on your website I have realised how the above have contributed to my problems. Especially the effects that long term use of marijuana has had on me. I am trying to quit at the moment, but I am finding it difficult.. hopefully i will be able to cut down and eventually stop!
