Case Title: On Retrograde ejaculation and sexual orgasm processes

To whom it may concern:
I suffer from pre-ejaculation but also from having no semen come out. Sometimes a little bit.
I feel everything with the orgasm, but no milky semen only slightly white mostly clear. Also notice that the pee immediately following sex is very foamy like the semen is in the pee.
But after I feel my ejaculation early on it would be a few minutes until I become hard again, but can stay hard for a long time.
Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
I have not talked with my Doctor about this yet.

Dr. Lin: 1/22/2005>this is called Retrograde ejaculation, referring to shooting semen into the bladder instead of going out through the urethra during ejaculation.
This is a prostate nervous control disorder.
The normal prostate nervous control during the penile erection should close the urinary bladder neck between the bladder and prostate, so that the semen fluids from the seminal vesicles can be pumped out into the urethra during the emission and ejaculation processes.
If you shoot your semen into your bladder, your post-orgasm pee will produce a lot of
bubbles in the toilet water.
After the first ejaculation, if you can regain erection, you can last longer due to an
elevation of prolactin and a conversion of 5-HTP into serotonin. Also, the re-erecting penis is usually softer than the first run one of sex due to the burning of acetylcholine in the parasympathetic erectile nervous system and also less sensitive due to a lack of acetylcholine in the penile sensory nerves and a higher level of prolactin in the nervous endings; and sometimes, you will get erectile pains due to a lack of prostaglandin E-1 produced by the penile tissue. If you feel sleepy after an ejaculation, it is due to a lot of
conversion of serotonin and GABA into serotonin and GHB in the brain, respectively.
