Case Title: Why does she, a middle aged woman, frequently experience
unwanted orgasms and pains?.
Reader: 2/08/2005>
I am contacting you on behalf of my sister in law Trudi. Trudi has no internet access and has a SERIOUS problem that her GP is not dealing with effectively. She is 44 years old and has started going through the menopause....we are not sure if this is possibly a cause of the problem....she experiences constant orgasms, whether aroused or not, infact, when even touching the area or sitting down. She is very destressed and far from being pleasurable, causes her constant worry, embarrassement and sometimes pain. The GP has put her on steroid cream which is supposed to numb the area but it doesn't seem to be working. I am sure i have read about this being a disorder and thought if i could get some other advice from a professional to find out what this is we can confront the GP and try to get her some appropriate treatment as her relationship is also starting to suffer. I cannot stress the seriousness of this for Trudi so would be very grateful of some advice.
Kind Regards
Dr. Lin: 2/08/2005>
This problem is associated a frequent uterine/cervical moving (tilting or dropping) against her urethra and bladder due to weakening uterine ligament supports.

When the moving uterus and cervix compress the urethral nerves between the Epicenter and G-spot,
some women can have orgasm or become very horny, but other experiences pains in the pelvis and tailbone/anus. Under this condition, women who have
inflammation in the Epicenter between the bladder and cervix are likely to experience frequent orgasm, mixing with pains, when the uterus and cervix moves against the bladder and urethra.
Women who have
inflammation in the clitoris and urethra can experience orgasm with pains just
by a light friction or touching.

Peri-menopause women can experience these symptoms easily.
The uterine and cervical dropping or titling can shorten the vagina and to allow the penis to strike or massage the cervix for pains or orgasm,
respectively.

The solution is to strengthen the uterine ligament supports and restore the uterine
position and to stop the COX-2 over-expression in her clitoris and urethra.
