now how to solve her Urinary Tract Infection for sexual orgasm

Dr Lin,
My wife and I are intimate at least once or twice a week. She often complains
of getting a urinary tract infection afterwards. To my knowledge, female
urinary tract infections are normally due to the bacteria "echoli" getting
into the vaginal tract. If this is true, I don't see how she continues to get
them, since we don't experiment with anal sex. Moreover, she even gets them
after I have showered, prior to our love session. The majority of the time
I'm on top and I don't understand how the bacteria can get in her vaginal
area, with her on her back. Unless, there are other ways and causes for a
female to get a urinary tract infection. Is there some kind of herb or
product you have that could help her? Please advise.
