Pregnancy and sexual orgasm

Dear Dr. Ten days ago I had an embro transfer and had been feeling some symptoms of pregnancy. I had a daughter 3 years ago from IVF. I had an orgasm without intercourse (our physician said no intercourse but nothing about orgasm). Now I'm so scared I may cause a miscarriage. I don't seem to be experiencing symptoms as strongly (I had no symptoms at first with my daughter). Do you know anything about this and if it could cause a miscarriage? Thanks!!

Dear Dr. -- Thanks so much for the reply. I forgot to mention that I was taking oral progesterone and shots of progesterone 2 times per day. We were instructed to abstain from intercourse which we did but I did have an orgasm through manual stimulation. My physician told us that would not cause a miscarriage but I have read that it can.
