Case Title: Vasectomy causes his erectile dysfunction, numbness,
irritation, and orgasm/ejaculation pains for no more sexual orgasm

I had a vascectomy about 6 years ago and have had problems every since. I have pain when I have an orgasm though not every time, my erections aren't as stiff, I lack desire and am starting to feel nore numbness and irritation in my lower extremities. I had a urologist tell me several years ago that the pain during orgasm guaranteed that I had nerve damage from the vascectomy. Would reversal of the vascectomy help with any of my problems, have I waited too long. Is it possible that I have scar tissue pressing against a nerve. Is there anything I can do. please help me.

The pain is due to the sperm pressure in the Ductus Deferens and Epididymis and the orgasmic contraction/expansion of the pressurized Ductus Deferens and Epididymis during orgasm or ejaculation.
The sperm pressure in Epididymis will also relay it nervous signal back to the brain via the vagus nerves. The brain will try to disable the sperm production. This will also damage the sperm production cells and kill libido
and erection or induce psychological disorders.
