Case Title: Again, Vasectomy downgraded his orgasm sensation and seminal production for no sexual orgasm

I'm a 38 year old male that had a vasectomy after my last daughter was born. Since the surgery, which seems successful, I've not been able to produce the same volume as before. Before my vasectomy I could hit the ceiling when orgasim occured but since the vasectomy it just kinda crawls out the end.
Any advice you can give?
I don't have problems getting it up or lasting it's the quality of my sensation if you will.
