Case Title: Vasectomy causes his premature ejaculation for no sexual orgasm.

Since my vasectomy almost 2 years ago, I am unfullfilled after an ejaculation. I am unable to control the ejaculation and from what I have read would say that it is premature. I never have a problem getting an erection but I would be willing to say that I am frustrated after x. I dont want to have anymore children and my urologists treats me like it is in my head. The big boost is gone and the eyes rolling back in your head feeling is totally gone. Thanks for any advise that you can give.
