Case Title: Cockring has damaged his penis for no sexual orgasm

Dr. Lin,
I was using a cockring while having sex about 2 years ago when my penis made a loud popping noise, and I felt a tearing or unravelling fealing underneath the head of my penis. It wasn't my corporal cavernosum, because both chambers still get rock hard with blood upon erection.
My problem is centered around the Corporal Spongiosum I think. I immediately lost an inch of girth when the injury happened and my urethra area doesn't get firm or hard anymore. When I ejaculate - my urethra strains inside my girlfriend's vagina to push semen out. My penis doesn't look nearly as full or firm as it used to be.
