I was reading your case 10655 and it sounds very close to my problem. I have been masturbating since I was 13. I am now 43. I sometimes masturbated 3 or 4 time a day. My orgasms have never been good and women I have been with never seemed to know when I ejaculated. At age 17 or 18 I noticed it was not easy to urinate when in public restrooms.
