Why ejaculation induces his eye redness for no sexual orgasm.

Dear Dr. Lin,

I have had a problem ever since I reached sexual maturity. That problem is that whenever I ejaculate, my eyes bother me for the rest of that day, and also for the next full day. In other words, I must have two full nights' sleep before my eyes feel normal again. This problem ONLY occurs after I have ejaculated or have had some sort of semenal discharge; it never occurs under any other circumstances.

My eyes bother me by feeling very tired and irritated. I always feel like squeezing them shut. I have seen a few doctors about this, and the most recent one did find that whenever I stated I had ejaculated in the current or previous day, my eyes seemed more red than normal, and suggested that the blood vessels in my eyes were swollen. He initially attributed this to prosaglandins, but the eye drop treatments he had me try over the following months produced very limited results. No one else seems to have had this problem before (or if they have, they have not come foward or simply don't know that it is related to a sexual life function). Is there anything I can do to make this stop? Thank you,
