Why he can not control ejaculation during penetration sex, but not in

Hi, Im 20 and only last a couple of minutes.
If I masterbate I can choose how long I can take til I ejaculate but if with a partner I seem to have no control over it.
Please could you advise without the technical terms as it all goes over my head?

Dr. Lin: 3/13/2005>Psychologically, it is called performed anxiety due to sympathetic nervous Fight or Flight action, where Fight = premature ejaculation and Flight = Erection withdrawal (going limp).
The root of the problem is weak erection, leading to force you to contract your PC muscle for assisting your erection during penetration sex. Contracting the PC
muscle stimulates the bulbourethral glands and prostate for the precum release and
then semen emission, respectively. This leads to premature ejaculation.
In masturbation, hand jobs and oral sex, you don't have the erection concern since you don't have to perform.
