Where to start...Well, my pain started from a chlamydia infection. I was given antibiotics for 3 months straight with no success. (zythromax, docyceline, levaquin) The chlamydia infection was negative when I was re-tested, but the pain and symptoms were still very present. The pain was also in my prostate, and rectum. I quit marajuana use 4 months ago. After the antibiotics failed I went to a urologist who said I had procititis. I then moved to a new location and saw another urologist. He said I did not have procititis, and performed a scope, which he came to the conclusion that nothing was wrong. When I gained enough money, I next had CT scan, the results were pretty inconclusive, possibly chrones disease, since I had discribed pain in my ass. I then had a colonoscopy, and, of course it showed no problems. I have also been seeing chriropracters, message therapists, etc, but no success.
My symptons are caused by ejaculation. I feel such an urge to ejaculate, and pain free through the process, but within 1 minute after ejaculation I start to experience very crucial pain. The pains are in my penis, with hot burning in my prostate and rectum. I have such an urge to urinate, but it only comes out in little amounts, if any at all. After I urinate the pain becomes worse, and very intense. Other symptons are pre ejaculation and sometimes weak erection. When in pain, if I stimulate myself to have an erection, but no orgasm, some of the pain subsides. I was previously taking approx. 3 large hydrocodons daily, but stopped due to fear of becoming addicted. This is due to the abrasion of the prostate/urethral ejaculation duct by poor quality semen.
