There are two kinds of penile pains, both of which results from prostaglandin E-1 synthesis and excessive prostaglandin E-2 in the tissue.

, due to a lack of prostaglandin E-1 to support the elasticity and flexibility of the penile nerves and blood vessels during orgasm penile expansion, where the penile expansion strain triggers the COX-2 over-expression for excessive prostaglandin E-2 release and stimulates the collagen release.
2. The post-ejaculation urethral/prostate abrasion pain due to a lack of of prostaglandin E-1, but excessive prostaglandin E-2, in the semen and ejaculation duct tissue, where prostaglandin
E-1 serves as a lubricant and tissue protector, bur prostaglandin E-2 as a immune suppressor and a tissue abrasion inductor which
aslo induces more COX-2 expression in the ejaculation duct in the post-ejaculation state.
