hello dr,
about eight months ago i had a severe pain in my back while i was taking a shower after i masturbated and around that time i had many things happen to me that where different that i didnt really think mattered. I would have alot of precum water like, quick masturbation and pain in the lower back when masturbating and a little pain when i ejaculated from the penis. ok during that time i suffered my second panic attack and i was really really scared i might have suffered that panic attack because i wasnt getting aroused anymore and i was scared of being impotent. So my question is with all these symptoms especially the doctor saying blood in my urine is it overmasturbation which i kinda think it is or could it be something else thats really serious i turn 21 in 5 months and i dont have the feeling to masturbate anymore. My symptoms are dizziness, nausea, stomach pain, lower back pain, hip pain, watery eyes, cant concentrate, short memory, stumbling for words, doctor said blood in urine, anxiety, stress, maybe depression, feeling wierd in my head, feeling warm.
