I`m 25 years old and right now I`m having so much pain that i can barley write this... It all started 6 months ago with severe pain in only left testicle.I went to ER and have done the ultrasound and urine test. There was no infection in urine and ultrasound showed no mass but small hydrochele in Right tresticle which didn`t bother me.Urologist diagnosed with possible left epididymitys and gave me some antibiotics. After finishig those anibiotics and leter 3 different ones there was not improvment at all in fact it got worst. IT spread to the left side of abdomonal area and i felt the pain all the way in flank area.So i had the ct scan, ivp, and mri done and all chacked fine. I also had 3 different urologist and they don`t know what it is. MY prostate chacked fine. In the mean time pain went to lover back and right testicle and i started to have IBS and some weird feeling in my rectum area,especcially after bowel movments. My pelvic area started to be so severe that i had to quit my job ecpecilally after i urinate . I don`t know what`s going on with me and i`m looking for any possible help.
