Yes. it is due to a deficiency of serotonin and prostaglandin E-1 in the prostate and urethral tissue, and an excess of induced
inflammatory prostaglandin E-2 by the chronic blasting of a poor-quality ejaculation jet with a high level of prostaglandin E-2 or its 19-hydroxy-prostaglandin E-2. Without prostaglandin E-1 in the tissue, the blasted tissue won't get healed.
