Her vaginal burning sensation is a vaginal abrasion phenomenon due to a high level of the
inflammatory prostaglandin E-2 and a lack of of the healing prostaglandin E-1in the vagina.
The birth control pills blocks the prostaglandin E-1 synthesis, but enhance prostaglandin E-2 synthesis, in vaginal/cervical/uterine tissues. Without prostaglandin E-1 and with too much prostaglandin E-2, her vaginal
(vulva) tissue becomes very fragile and very weak, and intercourse will abrade the vaginal tissue. Vaginal
(vulva) abrasion will also promote Prostaglandin E-2 synthesis. And semen also contains a lot of Prostaglandin E-2 to suppress vaginal/cervical immune the sperm-killing antibiotics release from the vagina and cervix) , so that sperms can survive in the vaginal
environment and swim into the uterus.
