Case Title: Prostate surgery for no erection or sexual orgasm.

Hello Doctor. I am a male of 53y old.
In Nov 2003 I had Prostate removal because of cancer. Getting an erection is the problems as you will understand, Tried Viagra, Cialis and Levitra with little to less effect. Now I am in Alprostatdil injections and they are working fine. Since I take these injections there is some change and now and then I get a semie hard erection.
