Doc, I need help. Ever since I took roaaccutane I haven't been the same. It's been 6 years now and I still have dry eyes and dry skin. my libido has only just come back to life after taking some tribulus. I've been seeing a naturopath/irodologist for the last few months and I'm feeling better now. Mentally and emotionally. My imune system is back (i used to be sick all the time). But my eyes are still dry and I still have problems with erections, (sensitivity is now better thou). I just had my testosterone levels checked and they're normal. Searching the net, I found that roaccutane is an anti-androgen and a 5 alpha reductase inhibitor. Do you think my problems are because I have low 5 alpha reductase/DHT levels? how do I test them? will they show in an ordinary blood test? how can I raise my 5 alpha reductase/DHT levels?

This is the common problem for the antidepression drugs and 5-alpha reductase inhibitors.
