![]() Reader: 5/03/2005> Hello Dr. Lin, I'd like to thank you. I have been experimenting with your anal breathing technique, and I am happy to say that I am definitely making progress on my PE. I am beginning to have real control over my tailbone muscles. And I have a couple questions to further my learning. 1) When circulating the chi, should it go from the dan tien down through the perinium area to the tailbone or straight from the dan tien to the tailbone through the abdomen to the tailbone. I ask this because i find it harder to control orgasm if I lead the mind through the perinium area. 2) It is my goal to be able to have dry orgasms. While practicing the anal breathing while masturbating, I am able to reach a point in which I feel this tingly sensation in my tailbone area and I have these very intense orgasms. Once I reach this point, I ejaculate about half the amount that I regularly do. This, I feel is progress, but I was wondering if this is caused by wrong technique. Thanks Again. Dr. Lin: 5/03/2005>1) Sink Chi to Dan Tien (focus your mind here) with a slightly expanding low abdomen for activation of the vagus nerve (the parasympathetic nerves project from the brainstem CN-X via the throat and heart), slightly contract your upper abdomen (around stomach) to circulate Chi from Dan Tien to your tailbone (the acupuncture point GV 1 at the tip) via the perineum ( the acupuncture point CV1), while you move your mind across your CV1 and anus to GV 1, and then contract your tailbone/anus muscle to pump Chi into your spine by coupling the S1-S5 and C0 parasympathetic nerves for the Chi to run up your brainstem and the top of your head. http://action.love/image/anal.jpg The Chi flow from the top of your head to the throat is produced by an induction of the vagus nervous bioelectric action potential running from the brainstem to Dan Tien. 2) Nothing wrong with that, but if you can avoid over-stimulation of your urethral nerves, you should be able to stop ejaculation at the point-of-no-return, unless your penis or/and prostate are sore as a result of excessive prostaglandin E-2 produced by the penile or prostate tissue. Generally, excessive oxytocinergic nervous excitation or holding an erection for too long (60 minutes or longer) can induce an excessive prostaglandin E-2 release from the penile or prostate tissue. |
