I've been experimenting with your anal breathing techniques and kegels as well. When I do kegels I do ejaculate quicker. When I do anal breathing that doesn't happen. But, I have a question, could you do anal breathing many times and kegels occasionally, so that the tailbone muscle is stronger than the prostate? Would that achieve a similiar effect?

Dr. Lin: 5/12/2005>To avoid fatigue of the prostate and bulbourethral glands, you should slowly and firmly contract your PC muscles for a duration of 10-20 seconds with a deep inhaling when you do Kegel, and then hold it up for another 10 seconds.
In fact, when I did it, my tailbone started to contract spontaneously and rhythmically with a sequence of heat waves running up from my tailbone to my spine and rear brain!
I think my tailbone nervous reflexion is well-trained by the anal breathing
method. No matter what I do on the prostate and PC muscles, the nervous
responses will automatically shifted to the tailbone muscles.
Don't practice a high-frequency PC muscles (Kegel) exercises; otherwise, you will ask for troubles.
