Dr. Lin, My wife is 42 years old, has had two kids and a hysterectomy due to cervical cancer. Our sex life has become almost mundane due to the fact....well to be blunt she is as loose as goose. Even before the all this happened to her, she was fairly tight but for some reason could not contract her vaginal muscles during intercoarse. When I try to talk to her about excersise or pills to help her out she just gets defensive.
