I am a 25 years old male and I just learned from endrocrinologist yesterday that I have testosterone deficiency. Although he said he doesn't know why, I think I know. I have been masturbating regularly (since 1995) and excessively (7-8 times a day) for the last 4-5 years. Since March of 2004, I started noticing that I am losing muscle in my legs and I am having loss of memory as well as lack of erection. From last July and early August, I saw that my penis and scrotum is shrinking. I also felt that my left testicle has shrunk a bit. Today my penis has shrunk almost 1.5 inch and I also lost my libido and have no desire to masturbate. My scrotum has shrunk 75-80%. I am losing beard and have no oily (dry skin) feeling on my face or body and got wrinkles on my face. The endocrinologist asked me to not take testosterone since it will stop my testicles from producing the low testosterone it is producing and sperm for future fertility. It is as if I am going back to situation I had before puberty. Now, my question is what can I use in this situation to increase my testosterone and reverse the ill-effects of masturbation? Are there any hope for me?
