Cause and solution of the ejaculation pains in the butts, low back and testicles

I'm almost 31 and for the past few month or so, I've been feeling a short burst of pain upon ejaculation up my right lower side to my hip. There is also a slight delay on ejaculate coming out and sometimes my semen is been kind of hard and lumpy when it first ejaculates out. Then it's normal later in the ejaculation. I also have some slight bouts of lower back pain and hip pain but nothing constant. However, I have no other symptoms at all. My urinating is 100% normal and there is no pain or sensation when I urinate and everything related to urinating has remained the same. I also have never had blood in the sperm or urine or anywhere.

I told all this to my doctor who didn't think it was anything more than a minor prostate problem. He checked my prostate and said it was a little swollen but nothing abnormal. He also checked my testes and my right epididymis was slightly enlarged. He said he wanted to wait and see if it passed. "It's nothing to worry about," he said and put me on antibiotics and anti inflamatory medication. He also had me take a UA which came out normal.

Should I get a second opion or is my doctor right that it is nothing to worry about since there are no other symptoms? It worries me. I'm scared it might be cancer as I know Painful ejaculation and back & hip pain are symptoms of that. My epididymis is now normal but I am still having the pain still right when I ejaculate. The pain feels deep down in the muscles when they contract as I am having an orgrasm and then the pain goes away.
